Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our dog walking and pet wedding chaperoning services. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair while also protecting the time we reserve specifically for you and your pet.

🐾 Dog Walking & Animal Drop-In Visits

Cancellations must be made in writing (text or email).

• 3 days (72 hours) or more before the scheduled service:
  You will receive a full refund (100%).

• Between 24 hours and 3 days before the scheduled service:
  You will receive a 50% refund.

• Within 24 hours of the scheduled service:
  No refund will be issued.

💍 Pet Wedding Chaperoning Services

Due to the significant time, planning, and date reservation involved in wedding services, the following policy applies:

• 2 weeks or more before the event date:
  You will receive a full refund (100%).

• 1 week or more before the event date (but less than 2 weeks):
  You will receive a 50% refund.

• Within 1 week of the event date:
  No refund will be issued.

Additional Notes

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

• If we must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you may receive a full refund

• We reserve the right to refuse future bookings in cases of repeated last-minute cancellations.
